Products + Hair Extensions

FOIL+GLOSS Extensions offers professional-quality human hair extensions, including Tape-In Extensions, Genius Wefts, K-Tips, and other extension products that may be added to our collection.

Our hair is made from 100% Remy human hair. Because human hair is a natural product, slight variations in color, texture, wave pattern, thickness, or appearance may occur between batches or individual pieces.

Product images are intended to represent our colors as accurately as possible. However, screen settings, lighting, photography, and natural variations in human hair may affect how colors appear.

We strongly recommend professional color matching before purchasing.

Professional Installation

Hair extensions should be installed, removed, colored, cut, and maintained by a properly trained or licensed professional whenever applicable.

FOIL+GLOSS Extensions is not responsible for damage to the extensions, natural hair, scalp, or surrounding areas resulting from improper installation, removal, chemical processing, coloring, maintenance, product misuse, or failure to follow professional aftercare recommendations.

Results and longevity may vary depending on installation method, natural hair condition, maintenance routine, products used, lifestyle, heat styling, chemical services, and frequency of wear.

Orders

You are responsible for reviewing all order information before submitting your purchase, including:

Once an order enters processing, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Final Sale Policy

Due to the nature of human hair extensions and for hygiene and quality-control purposes, all hair extension sales are final unless otherwise required by law or specifically provided in our Return + Refund Policy.

We do not accept returns or exchanges because of:

• Incorrect length selection
• Incorrect extension method
• Ordering too much or too little hair
• Change of mind
• Hair that has been opened, installed, worn, washed, colored, toned, chemically treated, cut, or altered

Damaged, Defective + Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us promptly and before altering or installing the product.

We may require photographs or additional information to verify the condition of the product and packaging.

Products that have been installed, colored, toned, cut, washed, chemically treated, or otherwise altered may no longer be eligible for evaluation because we may be unable to determine whether the issue existed before use.

Hair Color + Chemical Processing

Any coloring, toning, bleaching, lightening, perming, smoothing treatment, or other chemical alteration is performed at the purchaser’s own risk.

Chemical processing can affect the integrity, color, texture, and lifespan of human hair extensions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, FOIL+GLOSS Extensions does not guarantee the results of chemical alterations performed after purchase.

Product Longevity

Any lifespan, wear-time, move-up schedule, or maintenance estimate shown on our website is provided as a general guideline and is not a guarantee.

Extension longevity depends on numerous factors, including installation, maintenance, styling habits, chemical services, products used, natural hair characteristics, and adherence to aftercare instructions.
